Swimming for Fitness

'Swimming for Fitness' is a programme we are running for the first time this year and acts as a separately to our competitive squad. The Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning sessions will be open to those who want to come down for a gentle swim to start their day. There are many benefits to training early on and if nothing else it gets you out of bed in time to crack on with some uni work in the rest of the day.
